Information we process

We process your account name and email, two uploaded photos, action directions, generation tasks, credit transactions and purchase records. Your browser may keep a local draft for up to 24 hours so you can return after signing in or paying.

Photos and video processing

Photos and results are private by default. Our generation provider receives time-limited photo links to create your video. The current candidate is Fal; its processing and retention policies also apply. We do not publicly list user results or use uploads as marketing examples without permission.

Storage and retention

Files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The intended retention is up to 24 hours for source photos and seven days for completed videos; deployment must configure and verify these lifecycle rules before launch. Provider copies are governed by that provider's policies. Download completed videos promptly. You can delete a task's stored media through your account; purchase and operational records may be retained for accounting and service support.

Payments and cookies

Stripe handles payment information. We store order identifiers, amounts, payment status and credit grants, not full card numbers. Essential session cookies support login and security. Any enabled analytics service must be disclosed before production launch.

Your choices and contact

Only upload photos you have permission to process. You can request account or data deletion and ask privacy questions through the support ticket entry in account settings. Operator identity, contact details and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be finalized before production sales.
