How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Photos
A practical guide to portrait selection, movement directions, credit packs and checking your duet before sharing.
Last updated: 2026-10-13
Hotel Lobby AI turns two separate portrait photos into a template-based rap duet in an orange studio. Use it for a personal greeting or social clip when you want two people in the same performance. Generation requires an account and prepaid credits. Exact likeness, gestures and lip sync are not guaranteed.
1. Choose two separate portraits
Use one consenting person per photo. Keep the eyes, mouth and face outline visible, with even lighting. Avoid sunglasses, face-covering hands, strong beauty filters and extreme side angles. Check the original file rather than judging a small thumbnail. Enlarging a blurry screenshot cannot restore missing facial detail.
The generator accepts JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB per image. A group photo does not replace the two separate portraits. Assign each person to the intended left or right position before submitting.
2. Keep movement directions focused
The selected template provides the reference performance. The optional movement field is for a short gesture or expression, rather than a new scene or a sequence of unrelated actions. You can leave it empty to use the default direction.
Possible directions to try:
- “Take turns pointing at the camera, then nod to the beat.”
- “The left performer smiles while the right performer makes a small hand gesture.”
- “Keep both performers facing the camera with relaxed expressions.”
These are suggested instructions, not tested promises of a particular result. AI may interpret them differently. If you try another generation, change one thing at a time so you can judge whether the new photo or direction helped.
3. Compare the quote with your credit pack
Choose the available format and output quality in the generator. The displayed duration is the template length, not the time you will wait. The final result can vary with the generation service.
The credit pack page shows the current price, credits per video and how many videos each pack covers at each quality. Counts use that pack alone with the default template. Remaining credits stay in your balance, and a different template can change the cost. If a pack does not cover one video at your chosen quality, it shows how many additional credits you need.
There is no free video generation. Play the public previews before purchasing. A template preview demonstrates the reference performance; it does not show how your own uploaded portraits will turn out.
4. Submit once and follow the saved task
Confirm permission for both photos, review the quote, then submit once. You can return to Generation history to check the saved task. A pending or uncertain request is not a confirmed failure; do not submit again just because it takes longer than expected.
A confirmed failed generation returns reserved credits. Successful generation consumes credits even when the artistic result differs from your expectations. Credit restoration is different from a cash refund. Read the refund policy before paying.
5. Watch the full video before sharing
Review the complete MP4, not just its opening frame:
- Check both performers’ faces throughout the clip.
- Check hands, gestures and transitions for visible artifacts.
- Make sure both people fit the chosen frame.
- Listen to the soundtrack and check it against the movement.
- Download the video before its storage availability expires.
The selected template supplies the soundtrack; a specific commercial recording is not guaranteed. Owning the generated file does not itself grant rights to another person’s likeness or to a recording. Review permissions before posting or using a clip in an advertisement.
When is another workflow more suitable?
This tool is designed for a two-photo template performance. If you need a timeline editor, exact choreography, guaranteed lip sync or specific licensed music, assess those requirements separately before buying credits. A higher output resolution does not guarantee better likeness or fix an unclear source portrait.
Help and photo handling
